Welcome to CultCoders ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at cultcoders.com and our web development services.

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our website or use our services.

CultCoders provides web development, design, SEO optimization, and related digital services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• •SEO optimization
• •E-commerce solutions
• •Web application development
• •Maintenance and support

The specific scope of services for each project will be outlined in a separate project agreement or proposal.

Each project undertaken by CultCoders will be governed by a separate Project Agreement that outlines:

• •Scope of work
• •Timeline and milestones
• •Payment terms
• •Deliverables
• •Revision policy

In case of any conflict between these Terms and a Project Agreement, the Project Agreement shall prevail for that specific project.

Unless otherwise specified in a Project Agreement:

• •A 50% deposit is required before work begins
• •The remaining balance is due upon project completion
• •Invoices are payable within 14 days of receipt
• •Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month
• •We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and PayPal

All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include applicable taxes.

Upon receipt of full payment:

• •You will own all rights to the final deliverables
• •Source code and design files will be transferred to you
• •Pre-existing materials and third-party assets remain subject to their original licenses

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

To ensure successful project delivery, you agree to:

• •Provide timely feedback and approvals
• •Supply necessary content, assets, and access credentials
• •Designate a primary point of contact
• •Communicate project changes promptly
• •Make payments according to agreed terms

Delays caused by late feedback or content may extend project timelines.

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the Project Agreement. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges.

Major changes to approved work or project scope may require a change order with associated costs and timeline adjustments.

We warrant that:

• •Our work will be performed professionally
• •Deliverables will substantially conform to agreed specifications
• •We will address any bugs or issues within the warranty period

We do not warrant that:

• •Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• •Results will meet specific business outcomes
• •Third-party integrations will function indefinitely

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• •Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service
• •We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• •We are not responsible for lost profits or data

You agree to maintain backups of your data and content.

Either party may terminate a project:

• •With written notice as specified in the Project Agreement
• •Immediately for material breach

Upon termination:

• •Payment is due for work completed
• •Deliverables completed to date will be provided
• •Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the project. This includes but is not limited to:

• •Business strategies and plans
• •Technical specifications
• •Customer data
• •Pricing information

This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, California.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
